Baku. Musa Ahmadov - APA-Economics. Zaminbank’s assets in the first quarter of 2016 stood at AZN 498.737 mln, down 2.94% from previous year.
Bank says the loan portfolio dropped 8.72% to AZN 302.161 mln, consumption loans slid 8.15% to AZN 201.126 mln, mortgage lending rose 44.4% to AZN 67.793 mln (AZN 56.458 mln given through AMF), overdue credits increased 19.76% to AZN 15.217 mln, deposit portfolio shed 20.24% to AZN 80.784 mln, and personal savings declined 23.8% to AZN 72.394 mln.
Total capital surged 1.7% to AZN 58.316 mln, while the authorized capital remained unchanged at AZN 52,181,800.
Incomes grew 18.43% to AZN 6.026 mln, expenditures fell 7.22% to AZN 4.023 mln.
Bank’s profit amounted to AZN 2.003 mln.
For the present, the bank operates 57 branches, 39 ATMs and 1,891 POS-terminals across the country.
