“Buta Insurance will close down in accordance with the legislation. In connection with this, Gunay Sigorta has bought Buta Insurance’s assets and the staffs will also be transferred to Gunay Sigorta. As you know, Gunay Sigorta was one of active insurance companies in 1990s. Now, the company intends to activate itself in the market again”.
Gunay Sigorta’s Management Board will be reformed. The Board wil mainly include Buta Insurance’s staffs.

Baku. Musa Ahmadov - APA-Economics. On June 24, Buta Insurance will hold Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to discuss closing down of the company.
The shareholders are Bank of Baku, Baku Electronics, Caucasus Leasing, Auto Azerbaijan and Baku Service Company.
