Baku. Musa Ahmadov - APA-Economics. In April 2016, 6,894 insurance contracts were signed on real estate compulsory insurance, down 37.1% in comparison with a year ago.
According to Compulsory Insurance Bureau, premiums from this type of insurance made over AZN 1.2 mln, down 19.4% from previous year. 60.1% of contracts were signed on residential houses and apartments, 0.5% on administrative buildings, 39.4% on other real estates.
623 contracts were signed on compulsory insurance civil liability on exploitation of real estate (premiums – AZN 48,570) and 68 on compulsory personal accident insurance of passengers (AZN 37,833).
