In 2021, the volume of money transfers by individuals from Azerbaijan to Russia made up USD 136 mln., according to the calculations of APA-Economics based on the information of Russian Central Bank.
This indicator is 12,8% less in comparison to 2020.
During the reporting period, the average price per transfer from Azerbaijan made up USD 290. 86% of transfers directed from the country to Russia were sent to Russian residents.
In the 4th quarter alone, individuals from Azerbaijan transferred to Russia USD 27 mln.
This is 8,8% more in comparison to the 3rd quarter, and 12,1% more in comparison to the relevant quarter in 2020.
