Ilham Khalilov, Vice President of the British mining company “Anglo Asian Mining plc,” which operates in Azerbaijan, sold the shares he acquired a week ago, APA-Economics reports.
Ilham Khalilov, one of the managing officials of “Anglo Asian Mining plc,” a gold, copper, and silver producer listed on the AIM stock exchange in Azerbaijan, and Vice President of Azerbaijan International Mining Company, sold 100,000 ordinary shares he owned in the company’s authorized capital. He had acquired these shares on September 29. The sale was carried out on October 8 with 72,000 shares sold at £2.05 each, and on October 9 with two transactions selling 28,000 shares at the same price. The transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange.
In other words, the total value of the sold shares amounted to 438,000 Azerbaijani manats.
