Surplus on oil&gas sector covers deficit on non-oil sector: CBA

For 9 months of 2022, foreign trade turnover made up $40,2 bn, APA reports citing Azerbaijani Central Bank.

$27,0 bn of surplus on oil&gas sector covered deficit of %5,8 bn on non-oil-gas sector. As a result, during the reporting period, a $21,2 bn amount of surplus was made in the foreign trade balance. In 9 months of 2022, Azerbaijan had trade relations with 169 countries of the world.

9,5% of foreign trade falls in CİS countries, and the remaining 90,5 % - other foreign countries.
