"I would like to note that the funds allocated from the state budget for the implementation of the Karabakh reconstruction program constitute 2.2 billion manat. The 346 million manats, or about 16 percent, have already been executed in the first quarter," said Finance Minister Samir Sharifov at a meeting dedicated to the results of the first quarter of 2022 chaired by President Ilham Aliyev, APA-Economics reports.
"The implementation of the state capital investment program has been provided at about the same level. Instructions of President Ilham Aliyev have been fulfilled," noted S. Sharifov.
