Azerbaijan's foreign trade balance sharply increased - Economy Minister

"The positive dynamics achieved last year in the foreign trade relations of our country continued in the first two months of this year," Azerbaijan's Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov wrote on Twitter, APA-Economics reports.

"In January-February this year foreign trade turnover increased by 80.4% to 7.94 billion dollars, exports increased by 2.1 times to 5.97 billion and imports increased by 22.3% to 1.97 billion dollars. The foreign trade balance increased by 3.4 times and reached 4 billion USD," added Minister.
