In January-February this year, Azerbaijan's trade turnover with the European Union (EU) amounted to $ 4.195 billion, which is 2.3 times more than in the same period of 2021, APA-Economics reports citing the State Customs Committee.
The volume of exports increased 2.6 times year-on-year to $ 3.889 billion during the reporting period, while the volume of imports decreased by 8.2% amounting to $ 305.998 mln. dollars.
As a result, $ 3.583 bln. a positive trade balance emerged in January-February, which is 3.1 times more than in the same period in 2021.
