Era Trans raises share capital

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. Azerbaijan-based Era Trans has raised its authorized capital by 2.8 times to AZN 3 million, said Gudrat Abdullayev, Financial Officer of the Company.
According to him, the capitalization will be funded through the current shareholders.
He said the additional issue of shares has been paid in.
Era Trans has been in operation since 1994.
According to the data released by the Ministry of Finance, the company earned AZN 1.85 million in premiums and paid AZN 0.88 million for insurance claims during 2008.
The company offers 22 voluntary and 4 compulsory types of insurance services.
