Pasha Bank becomes new market maker in Organized Interbank Credit Market

Baku. Vugar Israfilov – APA-Economics. Azerbaijan-based Pasha Bank has acquired the status of market maker in the country’s Organized Interbank Credit Market.
The Baku Interbank Currency Exchange said the number of active market markers reached 9.
The Exchange calculated Baku Interbank Offer Rate (BakIBOR) and Baku Interbank Bid Rate (BakIBID) as the credit attracting and placing indicators.
As at January 1, Pasha Bank’s assets stood at AZN 198.254 million, loan portfolio at AZN 44.403 million, deposit portfolio at AZN 8.2344 million, total capital at AZN 109.706 million and share capital at AZN 100 million.
Pasha Bank, owned by Pasha Holding, has been in operation since November, 2007.
