Azerbaijanâ€™s on-floor currency market gets a 2.3 times rise last week

Baku. Vahab Rzayev â€“ APA-Economics. The on-floor currency market turnover totaled $13.842 million from Jan. 19 to 23, up 2.3 times on a weak earlier. Daily turnover was as follows:

The exchange rate of the US dollar changed in the range of 0.8032-0.8553 AZN/USD over the week and the dollar increased 0.26% against the manat.
The official rate of the US dollar increased by 0.22%, â€œwe buyâ€ rate 0.11% and â€œwe sellâ€ rate by 0.12%:

So, the US dollar continued to surge against the manat last week.
No euro deals were concluded while the 16-nation currency declined 2.82% against the manat.
