Pasha Bank quadrupled assets in 2008

Baku. Elnur Huseynguliyev-APA-Economics. As at January 1, Azerbaijan-based Pasha Bankâ€™s assets stood at AZN 198.254 million, up 4.3 times on a year ago.
The bankâ€™s loan portfolio rose 4.3 times to AZN 44.403 million, deposit portfolio increased 7.2 times to AZN 8.2344 million, total capital more than tripled to AZN 109.706 million and share capital trebled to AZN 100 million.
For 2008, revenues increased 70.2 times to AZN 20.561 million and expenditures rose 13.4 times AZN 11.309 million. Profit reached AZN 9.252 million. The number of employees reached 62.
The bank established 2 ATMs and 2 Pos Terminals over the past year. Pasha Bank, owned by Pasha Holding, has been in operation since November, 2007.
