Azerbaijan is setting up a legal framework for the issue of secured bonds

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev - APA-Economics. The development of a legal framework for the issue of secured bonds is about to be completed, said Rufat Aslanly, Chairman of the State Committee for Securities.
According to him, the establishment of a legal framework was initially proposed by the National Bank of Azerbaijan and the International Finance Corporation.
He also said that the State Committee intends to undertake a project to build a virtual form of relationship between the brokers and the exchange.
The aim of the project is to create a virtual environment for the activities of the stock market.
