Azerbaijan State Securities Committee announced Doruk Finance Leasingâ€™s stock issue ineffective

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev-APA-Economics. Azerbaijanâ€™s State Securities Committee has announced the stock issue of Doruk Finance Leasing OJSC (Doruk Maliyye Lizing) as invalid.
The Committee said it was registered 39,600 shares with face value of 10 manats per each in accordance with the issue prospectus. According to the legal framework, the issue is considered valid after the major part of placed shares makes 50% of the issue.
â€œUnder Doruk shareholdersâ€™ general meeting, period of the issue expiration was due on 30 December 2008. Taking into account that the shares were not placed for the indicated period the issue is considered invalid,â€ said the Committee.
