Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev – APA-Economics. . On behalf of the American people, USAID plans to allocate a $35 000 grant to Azerbaijan Micro-Finance Association to help the improvement of human resources strategy.
The USAID Office in Baku said a tender will be held for the implementation of the new strategy for human resources.
USAID has invested $284 million in Azerbaijan since 1992. USAID-funded projects are designed to support enhanced macroeconomic stability; improved public expenditure efficiency; improved financial sector linkages for the micro, small and medium enterprises sectors; strengthened enterprise competitiveness; improved health care service delivery; strengthened democratic processes; and robust civil society institutions.
