As the situation on the frontline worsens, Kyiv has resorted to the tactic of attacking civilian targets in Russia, Russian President Vladimir Putin said this during a meeting with government members, APA's Moscow bureau reports.
He stated that Ukraine is losing territory one after another.
The Russian president noted that Ukraine is "employing" the tactic of striking civilian targets, attempting to disrupt energy supplies and affect the tourism season.
“The task of reducing these threats falls on the Ministry of Defense and other security agencies. At the same time, the government of the Russian Federation must also take the necessary additional measures to minimize the consequences of such actions,” Putin said.
