UNIBANK begins to install cash-in machines

Baku. Vahab Rzayev â€“ APA-Economics. Unibank has begun to install modern cash-in machines that also support card and deposit account supplementation.

The cash-in machines will function at the Bankâ€™s branches in the capital city as well as up country and will eventually be planted at the business centres and partner vendor networks. The IT tests have been completed already; the interface is fully adapted to the needs and services of Unibank. The connected facilities will be online and functional around the clock and will work in the real time mode. The cash-in machines of Unibank will also support other options including utility and mobile telephony fee payments.

â€˜Installation of the new equipment that combines cash handling with account supplementation will enable the customers to save time and automate their operations,â€™ comments Taleh Tahirli, Senior Manager for Retail Service Development in Unibank. â€˜Every customer can now put money in an account, settle a loan debt and add money to a card balance at any time. This expands the options available to them without a tie to any branch with its procedures and working hours. The money recognition devices in the machines only support the national currency â€“ AZN. However, our customers can also transfer money to their FX accounts in which case their AZN input will be exchanged as per the rate of exchange of the Bank on the day on which such transactions are made.
