Voluntary insurance of immovable property increases by 31% in Azerbaijan

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. The amount of money received by voluntary insurance of immovable property in Azerbaijan from January to July, 2012 made AZN 15, 662 thousands, this figure was increased by 31% in comparison with last year.

According to the researches made by APA-Economics and voluntary insurance, the largest insurance fee was received from â€œInsurance of immovable property from fire and other risksâ€ sort insurance (AZN 15, 662 thousands), it makes 72% of total insurance of property and 98% including the money received from the voluntary insurance of immovable property.

At the same time, the amount of payment given to insurance cases from the voluntary insurance of immovable property made 16 % thus AZN 1,708 thousands.

The amount of money received during January-July period from obligatory property insurance makes AZN 5,730 thousands, AZN 5,528 thousands from the above mentioned sum fall on â€œObligatory insurance of immovable propertyâ€ and AZN 202,106 thousands fall on â€œObligatory insurance of civil responsibility on exploitation of immovable propertyâ€. The amount of money received from the obligatory insurance was increased by 20% in comparison with last year. The amount of payments makes 10% thus AZN 243,869 thousands this year.

The amount of fee received by insurance companies in Azerbaijan during January-July period, 2012 made AZN 201,509 thousands, the amount of payments is AZN 49,469 thousands.
