Finance Leasing starts placement of new bond emission

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. Today, a placement of unsecured, interest bearing book-entry shares of Finance Leasing was held at Baku Stock Exchange.

BSE says face value of shares is AZN 500, quantity â€“ 600 and volume of the issue â€“ AZN 300,000. The circulation period is 720 days, YTM â€“ 13%, Interest payment period 90 days. Underwriter is Technica Capital Management LLC.

Note that, Finance Leasing has been in operation since 2007.
