Azerbaijani populationâ€™s per head income increases by 13%

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. In January-April, 2012, the per head income of Azerbaijani population made AZN 1,068.3 or monthly AZN 267.1 by rising 12.6%.

According to State Statistical Committee, growth rate of per head income exceeded the inflation by 9.9 percentage points, in other word, real incomes of the population increased by 9.6%.

â€œ65.3% of incomes were spent to consumer needs, 9.1% - the payment of taxes and contributions for social insurance, 2.2% - to payments of interest on credit and 23.4% - to chargeâ€, told the committee.

The income in the disposal of population made AZN 8.9 bln, up 14.2% from a year earlier.
