Thames Insurance Group to complete placement of additional share emission this week

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. Thames Insurance Group will complete placement of additional share emission in amount of AZN 5 mln, this week, said the chairman of Board of Direction of the Company Samir Mustafayev.

According to him, after placement, the authorized capital of the company will increase by 7.25 times to AZN 5.8 mln.

Note that, the placement of ordinary, book-entry shares registered in State Committee for Securities started on April 27. Face value is AZN 20, quantity â€“ 250,000, volume of the issue â€“ AZN 5 mln. Underwriter is Chelsea Capital LLC.

Remind that, Thames Insurance Group has been in operation since 1996.
