Bank of Bakuâ€™s Azneft branch celebrates 9th

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. Azneft branch of Azerbaijanâ€™s Bank of Baku celebrated its 9th anniversary. Bank told APA that Azneft branch started to operate since June 1, 2002.

Director of the branch Vugar Adiyev said that Bank of Baku was established on February 14, 1994, in Azneft, and then Azneft became the first branch of the bank in 2002: â€œWithin the day we receive around 300 clients, total number of our active clients is more than 10 000. Most of the Azneft clients prefer cash loans and it shows that cash sale of the branch functions good enough. As a result of it, Azneft branch takes the 3rd place for consumer loans in cash compared to other branches of the bank. As of June 1, 2011, loanm portfolio of the branch made AZN 7.650 mln, deposit portfolio â€“ AZN 4 mln. Total number of clients is more than 16 000â€.

Azneft branch is located in Baku city, Neftchiler avenue 65.

Remind that, Bank of Baku has been in operation since 1994. The bank operates 16 branches, 25 ATMs, 181 POS-terminals and 500 employees across the country.
