Bank of Baku to pay expenses of incoming calls in Information Centre

Baku. Vahab Rzayev – APA-Economics. Bank of Baku will pay expenses of incoming calls from regions in the 145 Information Centre.

Bank says for information capacity, software and technical opportunities, 145 Information Centre serves to informatization of population on products and services.

It’s possible to call 145 Information Centre and get information on different subjects every day of the week. Besides, it’s possible to connect with operator and get information on bank products, conditions, campaigns and etc.

Note that, Bank of Baku has launched Telephone Banking – 145 payments line in August, 2010. The customers can implements any payments without coming to the bank. For more information, enter the http://www.bankofbaku.com/az/phone-payment.html.

In general, it’s possible to get information on bank’s latest news and campaigns, deposits, mortgage loans, consumer lending, plastic cards, road checks, express money transfers, currency rates, addresses of bank’s branches and departments, phone and fax numbers, addresses of ATMs, bank’s payment properties in 145 information centre.

At the sate time, special sector was established in information centre for proposals or comments.

Note that, 145 Information Centre receives 50,000-70,000 appeals per month, including 700-1,000 from regions.
