To him, those who do not obey demands considered in legislation, that is, who avoid compulsory audit are especially small joint-stock companies. But these shortcomings will be eliminated on account of amendments and annexes made in law on Audit and Code of Administrative Offences. Penalties will be applied on institutions and organizations which have not passed through audit.
Note that, according to appropriate article of law on audit, the institutions and organizations functioning in the country (except LLC and state organizations) must pass through compulsory audit once in a year.
