Discussions on â€œcompulsory insuranceâ€ held in Baku

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. Azerbaijan Insurers Associationâ€™s Executive Director Azer Aliyev and the Deputy Chairman of Economic Policy Committee of Milli Majlis, head of working group on discussions of draft law on â€œcompulsory insuranceâ€ Chingiz Asadullayev have held a meeting.

According to AIA, affirmation of draft law will create opportunity to provide the security of property, the state funds and protect them from risks.

Asadullayev noted that, there was discrepancy among the reforms, dynamics of accelerated economic development and development of insurance market: â€œThis draft law will absolutely decrease the disbalance, but it needs to optimize and make intelligible for the populationâ€, he said.

He recommended reviewing the technical aspects of draft law separately, searching the methods on control to fulfilment of draft law, including making proposals about difficulties on implementation of project in the regions.
