Azerbaijan to allocate AZN 713 837.8 million for maintenance of judicial authority, prosecuting authorities and law-enforcement bodies

Baku. Rashad Suleymanov â€“ APA. Azerbaijan will increase by 0.9% the expenses designated from the state budget 2011 for the maintenance of judicial authority, prosecuting authorities and law-enforcement bodies. APA reports that it has been noted in the draft law on â€œState budget of Azerbaijan Republic for 2011â€ introduced to the parliament.

According to the draft law introduced by the government, the expenses of judicial authority, prosecuting authorities and law-enforcement bodies are AZN 713 837.8 million, AZN 43 million of it will be designated for the maintenance of courts, AZN 48 million for the maintenance of prosecuting authorities and AZN 622 385 000 million of the law-enforcement bodies (Interior Troops, Special State Security Service, State Dispatch Service).

Expenses for maintenance of judicial authority, prosecuting authorities and law-enforcement bodies were set at AZN 707.4 million in 2010.

Budget revenues of Azerbaijan for 2011 are forecasted to be AZN 12 061 million (4.8% growth) and budget expenses AZN 12 748 million (3.5% growth).
