State Statistics Committee: Positive balance of Azerbaijanâ€™s foreign trade turnover doubles

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. Azerbaijan consumed trade operations with 135 countries in January-July, 2010, State Statistics Committee told APA.

According to SSC the volume of the foreign trade turnover made $ 15 516.2 mln, include export was $ 12 008.5 mln, import - $ 3 507.7 mln, during the same period. Positive balance made $ 8 500.8 mln. The foreign trade turnover increased by 49.5% includes export by 40.5%, import by 8.3% and positive balance by 2.2 times, compared with a year ago.

26.7% of transaction was consumed with Italy, 7.7% with Israel, 7% with USA, 6.9% with France, 4.8% with Ukraine, 4% with Indonesia, 3.5% with China, 3.2% with Turkey, 2.6% with Malaysia, 2.3% with Croatia, 2.1% with India, 1.8% with Germany, 1.6% with Georgia and 19.2% with other countries.
