Rabitabank sees 34% rise in assets

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. As of July 1, 2010, Azerbaijan-based Rabitabankâ€™s assets stood at AZN 111.598 mln, up 34% compared with a year ago.

Bank says the deposit portfolio rose by 35% to AZN 60.316 mln, populationâ€™s deposit soared 395 to AZN 48.481 mln, loan portfolio climbed 32% to AZN 81.544 mln, consumer lending gained 10% to AZN 22.397 mln.

Total capital surged 8.2% to AZN 13.152 mln, authorized capital ended up 195 to AZN 10.103 mln.

Income decreased by 3.8% to AZN 7.115 mln, expenditure slipped 5.8% to AZN 7.105 mln. Profit grew 38% to AZN 10 000.

Staffs went up 6.5% to 329, average monthly salary slid 5% to AZN 655.

Rabitabank has been in operation since 1993. The bank operates 20 branches, 262 ATMs and 121 POS-terminals across the country.
