Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev – APA-Economics. Azerbaijan-based Kauthar Bank will start the emission of Visa International plastic cards from November, 2010, head of plastic cards department Shahriyar Pashali told APA.
He says the first order of the cards will make 100 units. These will be debet cards. Bank will issue on debet cards till the end of the year. Next year, bank will issue credit cards.
Bank has more 500 local cards.
Kauthar Bank has been in operation since 1989. The bank operates 2 branches, 2 ATMs and 25 staffs and on Islamic principles.
