Qarant Insurance introduces new products

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. â€œQarant Insuranceâ€ permanently excelling with innovations at the Azerbaijan insurance market is introducing 3 more new products to customers: â€œQarant - apartmentâ€, â€œQarant â€“ responsible neighborâ€, â€œQarant - entrepreneurâ€.

Customers utilizing â€œQarant â€“Apartmentâ€ product of the â€œQarant Insuranceâ€ Co whose target is to become an insurance company for everybody may insure their apartments against the risk of flood occurring during the apartment or house exploitation. Thus, â€œQarant â€“ apartment â€ fully ensures to meet any losses to occur as a result of leakage from or burst of reservoirs or pipes as well as waste water pipes located within the building (apartment) or in neighboring buildings (apartments).

Under the terms and conditions of the new product, an insurance agreement is entered with on apartments and houses the construction (repairs) of which has been finalized, which are used for residential purposes, otherwise the insurance agreement shall be deemed invalid from the date of signing. Moreover, insurance coverage is valid solely on real estate.

Another new product presented by â€œQarant Insuranceâ€ Co that is proud of making available and potential customers happy through innovations is called â€œQarant â€“ responsible neighborâ€. This product is meant for insurance coverage when the insuree or his/her family members are kept responsible for damage to the life, health or property of the third parties as a result of burst of or leakage from or flood from reservoirs or pipes in the apartment or house.

Under the terms and conditions, an insurance agreement is entered with on apartments and houses the construction (repairs) of which has been finalized, which are used for residential purposes, otherwise the insurance agreement shall be deemed invalid from the date of signing. No guarantee is issued or payment is made on the responsibility resulting from construction â€“ repairs within the territory of the insured apartment or house (courtyard).

One more new product of â€œQarant Insuranceâ€ that is permanently thinking about its customers comfort is called â€œQarant - Entrepreneurâ€. Insurance guarantee of this product is issued solely on the property construction or repairs of which is completed and which is used for entrepreneural activity as of the insurance agreement signing date. The advantage of the product is that in case of insurance risk, i.e. in the event of leakage from or flood resulting from burst of reservoirs or pipes (including waste pipes) located within the insured building (insurance object) or in adjacent buildings (apartments), just â€œQarant - Entrepreneurâ€ shall cover losses through payment of insurance amount.
