According to chairman of Committee Ziyad Samadzadeh, the bill was drafted perfectly.
Ministry of Finance Samir Sharifov informs that, this bill was drafted in accordance with bill about budget system. According to him, the international organizations appreciated the anti-recessionary measures in Azerbaijan.
The budget’s revenue made AZN 10 325.9 mln or 84.8% in 2009 down by AZN 436,8 mln or 4.1% compared with 2008. Of this, 39.8% came from Ministry of Taxes, 10.8% from State Customs Committee, 47.6% from State Oil Fund, he said.
He also informed that, the budget’s expenditure was AZN 10 503.8 mln or 85% in 2009.
After discussions, the bill was recommended to plenary meeting of parliament on May 25.
