Kovser Bankâ€™s new stock issue announced

Bakuâ€“APA-Economics. The State Committee for Securities registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered book-entry stocks of â€œKovser Bankâ€ OJSC.
According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held through public subscription on the Baku Stock Exchange.
The state registration number is AZ100100484P, amount of issue is AZN 2 million, number of stocks is 10 000, par value is AZN 200 and underwriter is â€œStandard Capitalâ€ LLC.

The placement is expected to increase the bankâ€™s share capital by 2% to AZN 10.220 million.

Kovser Bank mainly offers islamic banking products and services.
