Azerqarant Insurance Company raises share capital

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. Azerbaijan-based Azerqarant Insurance Company plans to raise its share capital by 18% to AZN 2 million, said Shukur Huseynov, deputy chairman of the company.

According to him, the State Committee for Securities is due to register the companyâ€™s issue prospectus.

The capital will be paid up during November.

Owned by an individual, Azerqarant has been in operation since 1993.
