Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. The State Committee for Securities has registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered book-entry stocks of â€œGoychay-Konyak Zavoduâ€ OJSC.

According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held by means of the public subscription method at the Baku Stock Exchange.
The details are as below:

Amount of issue - AZN 883 604
Number of stocks - 441 802
Par value - AZN 2
Underwriter - Chelsea Capital LLC.
