Rufat Aslanli: Corporate securities market needs developing to allow calculating stock market indices

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev - APA-ECONOMICS. The corporate securities market should develop and this will allow calculating stock market indices, said Rufat Aslanli, the chairman of the State Committee on Securities.

"The main thing is that transactions should be carried out actively in the primary and secondary market. It is possible to calculate indices after there are stable trends,â€ he added.

He also noted that new listing rules have been applied at th4e Baku Stock Exchange.

â€œFirst, companies should get into listing and then begin buying and selling their stocks,â€ he added.
