More than 20 frontier posts and commands to be built in Azerbaijan this year

Baku. Rashad Suleymanov â€“ APA. More than 20 new frontier posts and commands will be built on state borders of Azerbaijan this year, said chief of the State Border Office, Lieutenant-General Elchin Guliyev, APA reports.

He said measures toward the strengthening of state borders were continued. New engineer installations are built and existent installations are replaced with new one, buildings of frontier posts and commands are reconstructed and supplied with new equipments.

Guliyev said construction of dwelling buildings for the frontier guards was also completed and measures were taken for solving of housing problems of the border service staff members.
