World Bank Director for South Caucasus to arrive in Azerbaijan

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. Asad Alam, the World Bankâ€™s new Country Director for the South Caucasus Country Unit, is to arrive in Azerbaijan on September 29.

The WB Office in Baku said he will participate in discussions on the analysis of World Bankâ€™s current portfolio for Azerbaijan.

Peter Thompson, Director of Sustainable Development Department of the Caucasus and Central Asia Region at the World Bank, arrived in Baku on September 27.

They will wrap up the visit on October 3.
