PricewaterhouseCoopers to audit Turan Bank

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev - APA-ECONOMICS. Azerbaijan-based Turan Bank will have its financial statements for 2009 audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers, said Rashad Tanriverdiyev, the Bank’s Officer for Strategic Planning and International Relations.

He added that the audit reports will be made semi-annually so as to factor in the increase in banking operations.

Turan Bank works closely with Deloitte & Touche and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Turanbank, owned by 5 legal entities (20%) and 20 individuals (80%), has been in operation in Azerbaijan since 1992.
