World Bankâ€™s officer for sustainable development to arrive in Azerbaijan

BakÄ±. Nicat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. Peter Thompson, Director of Sustainable Development Department of the Caucasus and Central Asia Region at the World Bank (WB), will arrive in Azerbaijan on September 27, said the WB Office in Baku.

"Peter Thompson will hold meetings at several government agencies of Azerbaijan. The World Bankâ€™s current portfolio and projects for Azerbaijan will be discussed,â€ said the WB Office.

Besides, Peter Thompson will get familiarized with the projects under implementation.

He will wrap up his visit on October 3.
