UniLeasing posts leasing portfolio at AZN 33 million

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. As of July 1, Azerbaijan-based UniLeasing Company posted its leasing portfolio at $32.86 million.

The company said in total AZN 32 million worth of 106 sets of equipment have been leased on 94 contracts during the first half of 2009.

Since its inception, the company has to date leased in total AZN 52 million worth of 1 368 sets of equipment on 821 contracts.

Leasing portfolio went 26% to contraction and sector, 24% to production, 21% to other sectors, 11% to transport and 3% to medical sector.

UniLeasing has regional branches in Gandja, Lenkeran, Sheki, Guba and Saatli.

UniLeasing, owned by UniBank, has been in operation since 2004. As of April 1, its fixed capital stood at AZN 1.8 million.
