Central Bank loans to banks hit a record high in Azerbaijan

Baku. Vahab Rzayev â€“ APA-Economics. As of July 1, loans lent to commercials banks by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (refinancing) reached AZN 399.470 million, up fourfold on the same period last year.

There has been a 74.4% or AZN 170.47 million rise in refinancing since early this year, said the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

According to statistics, this is the highest level on record.
