â€œGunay Anadolu Sigortaâ€ OJSC shares placement starts

Baku. Vugar Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. Starting from July 24, 2009 placement of ordinary registered shares of â€œGunay Anadolu Sigortaâ€ OJSC will be started on BSE.

Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) told APA-Economics the volume of the issue is 794 000 AZN, face value per shares 1 000 AZN. According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held by means of the public subscription method at the Baku Stock Exchange. Â«Standard CapitalÂ» LLC will be the underwriter of placement of shares.

â€œGunay Anadolu Sigortaâ€ OJSC is founded in 1992. The volume of insurance fee collected by the company was $168.974 in January-March, 2009, payment was $28.411 and nominal capital â€“ 1 mln AZN.

The company provides two obligatory and 18 voluntary insurance services.
