MBASK insurance company to hold shareholdersâ€™ meeting

Baku. Elnur Huseynguliyev â€“APA - Economics. MBASK insurance company will hold extraordinary meeting of the shareholders on August 10, 2009.

The company officials told APA-Economics, changes in the Board of Governors, nomination of new candidates for the chairman of Board of Governors, changes in the Board of Directors, approval of the salary of the Board of Directors chairman, assets restructuring, and increase of nominal capital will be discussed at the meeting.

MBASK insurance company was founded in 1992 by the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (30%) and physical entities. Nominal capital of the company was 2 mln AZN to January 1, 2009. The company provides 29 insurance services.
