Bashak-Inam Insurance Company announces board reshuffle

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev - APA-Economics. Bashak-Inam Insurance Company, a Turkish-Azeri joint venture, has replaced its Supervisory Board with the Board of Directors.

Orkhan Hasanov, director of the Company, said the composition of he Board was also changed in addition to the renaming.

According to him, Akif Karimov was appointed the chairman of the Board of Directors and one French citizen and one Turkish citizen were appointed as members.

Orkhan Hasanov was selected as Director General and Levent Ozal was appointed as chairman of the Audit Commission.

Bashak-Inam has been in operation since 1996.
