Azerbaijan Industry Bank will switch to new banking software

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. Azerbaijan Industry Bank intends to switch to new banking software this year, said Hasan Badalov, Deputy Chairman of the Bank.

According to him, the bank uses Morbas banking software from Turkish firm Yaz.

He said a central operating system from Turkish Guarant Technology will be introduced on the core of the existing software to centralize banking operations.

The bank was originally established as CIBank in 1996 and was renamed as Azerbaijan Industry Bank in late 2006.

It operates 7 branches, 21 ATMs and 199 POS-terminals.
