Azerbaijan Industry Bank raises authorized capital

According to him, the shareholders are due to approve a decision to raise the share capital at a general meeting in a few days.

The capitalization will be funded not through profits earned during the past years, but through additional equity investment by shareholders.

The bank was originally established as CIBank in 1996 and was renamed as Azerbaijan Industry Bank in late 2006.

It operates 7 branches, 21 ATMs and 199 POS-terminals.
