YapÄ±Kredi Bank Azerbaijan to get $15 million this year

Baku. Elnur Huseynquluyev â€“ APA-Economics. YapÄ±Kredi Bank Azerbaijan plans to secure a subordinated loan of US $15 million in 2009.

The bank said the loan will be provided by existing shareholders and proceeds will go on-lent to corporate customers.

The first half - $7.5 million of the loan has been lent and the rest will be distributed in July.

The bank established 3 branches, 3 ATMs and 25 POS terminals across the country.

Owned by Turkeyâ€™s YapÄ±Kredi Bank (80%) and International Financial Corporation (20%), YapÄ±Kredi Bank Azerbaijan has been in operation since 2000.
The bank operates 4 branches, 13 ATMs and 62 POS terminals.
