ADB boosts investment in Azerbaijan

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev - APA-Economics. The fixed investments in Azerbaijan by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) was AZN 9.550 million in January-May, up 85.4% on a year ago, said the State Statistical Committee.

The ADB investment accounted for 2% of fixed capital investments in Azerbaijan by foreign countries and international organizations.
Azerbaijan joined the ADB in 1999. Since then, the ADB has provided $200 million to Azerbaijan.
