AzSigorta achieves 30% rise in profit

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. Azerbaijan-based AzSigorta Insurance Company earned AZN 4.677 million in premiums during January-May, up 22.3% from a year ago, said Khayal Mammadkhanli, Chairman of the Company.

According to him, payment for insurance claims reached AZN 1.590 million, triple as much as the same period last year.

in his words, the company earned about AZN 1.5 million in profit, a 30% increase on a year ago.

Established in 2006, AzSigorta operates 7 branches and more than 40 subranches across the country.
